Refunds
You are entitled to a refund in the event that the product arrives damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price and the shipping costs will be refunded. To request a refund, customer service team by writing to us at Julisvar@aol.com. within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. We may request photos or video of the product and a copy of your confirmation email.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unacceptable Disputes
kakolove shall not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:

The buyer does not like it.
b.
The product description is not real.
c.
Products smell unusual.
d.
The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.
e.
The shipping address was provided incorrectly.
f.
Product difference was negotiated in advance.
g.
Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges.
CHANGING YOUR ORDER
6.1 Due to the nature and speed involved with the Julisvarg fulfillment process, once your order has been placed and payment processed, we will be unable to change the details of your order (such as delivery address, product types or quantity).
