Return Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Grooming products, pierced jewelery or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Shoes must be tried on indoors.
Items must have all tags attached. 

 All sales are final, non-cancellable and non-refundable

We're sorry but we are unable to offer a free returns service. Returns must be made at your own cost. Please return using a standard trackable service. 

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
